What is allergy?
Allergy is an exaggerated reaction of our body against substances that are not necessarily and may be harmful. These are defined as allergens, which can trigger an allergy. So there are allergies from pollen allergy detergents, allergies strawberries, etc.. Our body, and then seeing enter these allergens, produces substances called immunoglobulin E (IgE). These immunoglobulins, also known as reagine, accumulate to reach a quantity that the presence dell’allergene triggering the reaction. This is the phenomenon of allergic sensitization. Even the mites are allergens and for whom it is sensitive, allergy occurs with bronchitis, coughing and asthma attacks. The food and diet for allergic
During weaning, for detecting possible allergic forms in very young children, we’ll introduce new foods spaced over time, so that we can quickly identify fast foods that are not tolerated by the small. The first pappa should therefore less composed than food allergents possible, for example:

* Carrots, potatoes and lettuce to prepare the meals
* Creamed rice
* Chicken, rabbit and turkey
* Extra virgin olive oil or corn
* Apple and pear

Milk and dairy products are excluded, normally until the first year, because they are often due to reactions more or less important. After the milk is milk that is designed continuation affixed to be hypoallergenic.
